My name is Lauren, I am the founder of empowered women fitness.
I am a fully qualified personal trainer, fitness instructor, I have studied strength and conditioning with over 5 years of experience in the fitness industry.
Empowered women fitness online originated at the beginning of lockdown march 2020 to help women with their physical and mental health with online fitness classes every day throughout lockdown and beyond.
Every day through online fitness classes I train hundreds of women with a wide range of workouts suitable to all ages and fitness levels whether it is from the comfort of your own home or from the gym with my workout plans, I can help you to achieve your goals.
I am a mother, I understand the challenges us as women have to overcome to be consistent with our diet and exercise alongside our busy lifestyles. i know how difficult it can be to fit in our own self care without feeling selfish.
