Exercise saved me, and I'm passionate about helping others do the same.
When I started my fitness journey, I was at my lowest point. I didn't have self-confidence. I felt mentally unhappy, emotionally fragile, and physically weak.
But that all changed when I stepped foot into the gym and took control of my food.
Through the power of fitness, I built myself up. I set goals and knocked them out! I became stronger. More confident. More powerful. And passionate about helping other women reach the heights of greatness I know is possible!
In my training, I now help busy women build up their own confidence. Help them grow stronger mentally and physically.

“I started this year on Lauren’s programme, as my friend had mentioned it and I wanted to get fitter. I decided to join up and haven’t looked back.
The running challenges have helped me to start focused. I completed my first half marathon in October. It still feels weird to say that, as I would never have thought I could complete something like that.
